ECETOC and EUROTOX co-organise two conference sessions

Chemical pollution & the development of asthma and children & health formed the subject matter for 2 ECETOC/EUROTOX co-organised sessions held at this year's EUROTOX annual conference..

This 11- 14 September, ECETOC collaborated with EUROTOX (European Societies of Toxicology) to organise two sessions at EUROTOX's annual conference in Krakow, Poland. The sessions built on two recently completed ECETOC outputs: A workshop on ‘Chemical Pollution, Respiratory Allergy and Asthma’ (look out for the report, which will be published soon) and a state if the science review on ‘Trends in Children’s Health and the Role of Chemicals’. Both sessions were well attended and triggered a lively discussion.
The session papers will form part of a publication of the conference proceedings.
