Creating sets of similar nanoforms with the ECETOC NanoApp: real-life case studies

A team of scientists has carried out a series of real-life studies on nanoforms using the new nanoApp designed by the Centre for chemical safety assessment (ECETOC) to help companies register nanomaterials under the EU’s chemical legislation.

This new study aimed to illustrate the use of the new nanoApp and its outcomes were consistent (and sometimes even more conservative) with the available data that had been based on using animal tests.
