WHO review of the use of chemical-specific adjustment factors (CSAF) and their relevance to applying “uncertainty factors” to health-based guidance values

ECETOC members have shown an interest in the WHO review of the use of chemical-specific adjustment factors (CSAF) and their relevance to applying “uncertainty factors” to health-based guidance values. Some ECETOC members contributed examples to the call for data which ECETOC facilitated for the WHO.

The paper giving the results of that review has now been published in Critical Reviews in Toxicology.
